A new type of renewable resource is suggested. Permanent temperature changes in the environment are accompanied by enormous flows of energy. The forces that arise by the natural thermal expansion and contraction of liquid and solid matter, due to day and night temperature differences in the environment, can be deployed to generate useful energy. The problem is how to transform the very slow processes of expanding and contracting into fast linear or circular motion. Here, we present a pilot model of a device that implements a way of accelerating the thermal motion of a working liquid to produce electrical energy.
