This study aims to reveal interpersonal
communication on Virtual Teaching Learning Process
(VTLP) of EFL. Effective interpersonal communication
skills are required to establish relationships and form
connections between students-teacher. The research is the
quantitative and qualitative method in manner. The data
were gained from the results of observation and
questionnaire. The researcher used concurrent embedded
design. In this design, the researcher collected quan-qual
data.
