The speech recognition system which is also called as automatic speech recognition (ASR) is a way in which the computer/system understands the speech, automates it and converts it into text. There are different techniques to achieve this result which involves speech analysis, feature extraction, modelling techniques like the hidden markov model (HMM), neural networks, and DTW algorithm.
