The culture of care in the quality of the
Nursing service aimed at the effectiveness and efficiency
of professional practice has made it manifest certain
aspects that precede the provision of the service, such as
personal, institutional and even ethical when providing a
nursing service. Objective: to describe the components of
the culture of care in the quality of the Nursing service.
Methodology: A systematic review was carried out,
where 11 databases were consulted, using keywords for
the search and using the Boolean DNA and OR
operators. A total of 18 original articles were obtained
that met the established inclusion and exclusion criteria.
Results: the dimensions of service quality refer mainly to
physical goods, the lack of defects and their reliability
over time, on the other hand, the culture of care is based
on the commitment and participation of those involved
in attention. Conclusion: it is necessary to establish
interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary support networks
to achieve comprehensive health, culturally with quality
care, taking into account the real needs of the
population.
