This study aims to analyze the effect of
motivation and compensation on the organizational
commitment of employees of PT. XYZ. The research
data was taken based on a questionnaire that had been
distributed to 83 respondents. The sampling method
used is probability sampling. Analytical methods using
multiple linear regression with SPSS version 24. The
result of motivation has a significant positive effect on
organizational commitment and compensation has a
significant positive effect on organizational
commitment, and both simultaneously have a significant
positive effect on organizational commitment. Based on
the results of these studies are expected to strengthen
motivation and increase compensation to increase
organizational commitment to PT. XYZ.
