This study was conducted to test the influence of asset management variables (TATO), Capital Structure (DER), Profitability (ROE), and Company Size (SIZE) on Company Value (PBV) Case study on 80 samples of companies listed in the IDX in 2016-2019. The result of the study is the Capital Structure (DER) and Profitability (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on the Company's Value. While Asset Management (TATO) has a positive and insignificant effect on the Company's Value, and Company Size (SIZE) has a negative and insignificant effect on the Company's Value.
