Performance Monitoring is one of the most important issues of an organization today. In order to overcome the difficulties of manually monitoring the performance of an employee, this system has been introduced. It enables the monitoring of employee perspective based on various aspects related to an organization. This system takes feedback from the employee in the form of number of questionnaires. Based on the feedback given by the employee the higher authority can estimate the chances of him quitting the organization. Taking into account the probability of employee leaving the company, appropriate actions can be taken.
