This paper explores the teenagers’ drug use by critically analyzing the film “Traffic” which demonstrates the illegal drug trade in the United States of America. It discusses the impact of drug use on the family of the main characters, examines the possible factors that contribute to the teenagers’ addiction, and illustrates some elements that are key in addiction treatment.
