Commercial FPGAs provide high computational power in extreme conditions such as space applications. Transient errors, such as singular upsets, which can be minimized with the well methods, are not as extreme as permanent faults, since they can place the application at risk if the FPGA fails. We provide hardware fault detection circuit and provide response whether the fault is occurred. The circuit is designed for fault injection and tolerance.
