This study aims to analyze the feasibility of
establishing a government hospital in Bone Regency,
South Sulawesi Province. To achieve these objectives,
data collection techniques are carried out through
observation, interviews and documentation. While the
data analysis technique uses cash flow, accounting rate
of return, payback period, net present value, internal
rate of return, present value and net cash inflow. The
results of the investment feasibility study can be seen
from the Net Present Value (NPV), where the Net
Present Value is greater than the expected rate of return,
it can be said that the investment in establishing a public
hospital in Mappesangka Village, Ponre Subdistrict,
Bone Regency is feasible. The results of the analysis of
the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 11.76%> 10%, this
means it can be said that the investment in the
establishment of the General Hospital of Mappesangka
Village, Ponre Subdistrict of Bone Regency is feasible.
The results of the Average Rate of Return (ARR)
analysis are more greater than 10% (20.40%> 10%) and
besides that the Profitability Index (PI) is greater than 1,
it can be said that the investment in the establishment of
the General Hospital of Mappesangka Village, Ponre
Subdistrict, Bone Regency is feasible.
