The purpose of this study is to identify and
analyze the financial aspect of housing investment on
Griya Tunggul, Jember Regency. Capital budgeting will
be used as assessment technique while YSQ Spreadsheet
is used to assist in data processing. This study conducts
to calculate Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of
Return (IRR), Profitability Index (PI) and Payback
Period (PP). The calcualition result shows that this
investment is feasible with NPV
