processes. Problems of procurement procedures, initial
planning that is not optimal as well as the limitations of
delivering information from users to developers causes
unexpected procurement of information systems
projects. The Soft System Methodology (SSM)
approach is expected to be able to offer significant
substance in managing expectations and requirements
for the procurement of information systems. The
purpose of this research is to identify the challenges and
problems that will be found when carrying out the
information system procurement activities at BBKFP.
