As a method of copyright protection, digital video watermarking has recently emerged as a significant field of interest and a very active area of research. In this work the targeted semi-visible watermarking is approached using Haar Wavelet functions and Principal component analysis (PCA) based approach, the watermark or message embedded into cover image, prior to it , principal component of selected wavelet band is transformed into principal component domain. The embedding is performed in PCA domain, by means of a secret key alpha. The retrieved results from the proposed experimental setup reveals that embedding a watermark can be performed more faster and more robust than the existing methodologies.
