Qualitative research type through
phenomenological approach, the results of the research
showed that learning in the organization is very
important in building independence, initiative and
professionalism in the body of the organization, so that
employees or employees and all components in the
organization can work professionally, actively and also
have initiatives in work without having to always be told
to repeat, to realize effective learning it takes attention
and policy leadership of the organization to be more
sensitive to the needs of all elements in the organization.
