The sole aim of TVET (technical vocational education training) in Nigeria is to train and produce competent craftsmen and technician capable of handling different kind of jobs in industries and other sectors of the economy. However, the expected results of becoming enterprising and self-reliance is jeopardise in such a way that individuals and personnel have not been adequately provided by the TVET institutions due to numerous implementation challenges. The purpose of this review therefore, is to analyse the available affirmation in literatures about curriculum implementation challenges responsible in jeopardising the sole aim of TVET in Nigeria. The study adopted a systematic review approach of search for relevant articles on TVET, curriculum implementation, TVET curriculum challenges, TVET implementation challenges, such were the key words used in the selection of related literatures from a data web-based provider of Scopus, google scholar, science direct and online library.
