Miller syndrome, also known as post-axial
acrofacial dysostosis, is a rare congenital genetic disorder,
characterized by mandibular and malar hypoplasia, and
symmetrical post-axial deficits members. The most
frequent ophthalmologic involvement is an ectropion of
the lower eyelids.
