The quality of hospital services is determined by the quality of services provided, one of which is patient satisfaction. In order to be able to provide the best quality service, it is necessary to provide standardized management services and nursing care management. In providing nursing services, nurses must improve the quality of nursing services. This study aimed at describing the characteristics of patients’ satisfaction with nursing services, after the implementation of matron’s rounds in one hospital in Palembang. This research was a quantitative research with a quasi-posttest only design experiment.
