The present study focuses on the performance evaluation of selected SBI Mutual Funds schemes which have been playing a vital role in the Indian economy. A Mutual fund is an organization which cames into existence through a sponsor. In india mutual funds come into existence in 1964 with the establishment of UTI through a separate Act in parliament.
