Now days, Biometric attendance system is used
in many applications. This entire work is done on the
Linux based embedded computer called raspberry pi, in
which database creation, fingerprint recognition and
python programming is totally done on raspberry Pi. This
paper discusses on the standardized authentication model
which is capable of fetching and matching the fingerprint
from database.
