This descriptive – survey study determines the academic stress and habits of student’s from different universities in the Kingdom of Bahrain during the academic year 2017-2018, the findings of which were the bases of academic intervention. There were 66 students included in the study from different universities in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Adopted standardized questionnaires were used on both dependent variables.
