The purpose of this study was to analyze the
effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment,
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on
employee performance. The sample consisted of 63
employees at the Bukittinggi City Public Works and
Spatial Planning Office. The sampling technique used in
this study is total sampling. The analysis technique used
was IBM SPSS 20. Job Satisfaction (X1) has a positive
effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Public
Works and Spatial Planning Agency in Bukittinggi City.
Organizational commitment (X2) and Organizational
Citizenship Behavior (OCB) impact negatively on
employee performance (Y) at the Department of Public
Works and Spatial Planning of Bukittinggi.
