This study aims to examine the effect of substance, culture, and structure on the prevention of corruption with law enforcement as a moderating variable. This research tries to raise the existing conflicts in Buru Regency regarding the findings of corruption crimes. The objects in this study are employees at the Buru District Attorney General's Office. The sampling technique used convenience sampling by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used is moderated regression analysis (interaction test). The results of this study indicate that substance and culture have a positive effect on the prevention of corruption. Meanwhile, structure does not have a positive effect on the prevention of corruption. In addition, law enforcement strengthens the influence of substance on the prevention of corruption.
