The purpose of this research is to assess and explain the transformational leadership , training to the employee performance career development towards a center mediated through education and training siber board and the state.
A method of the research uses a quantitative approach, where the population in this research is 75 pusdiklat bssn. employees atThe questionnaire to respondents using likert scale on the questionnaire with 5 answers.
