The internet users increasing every day in Bangladesh. Authority gradually annexing branded new services in this sector to expedite the customer friendly banking services. There is a static misconception among the educated and illiterate people with internet banking. We try to figure out the potential customer’s problem and how to accelerate the banking transaction services in this sector. With the incredible growth in mobile phone usage, access internet on mobile phone users 84.6 million, banks in the advanced world have encouraged to utilize internet banking, which makes banking easier, faster, and very cost-effective. Here, this paper highlight the concurrent situation of internet banking and magnify the affect in its services. We found positive participations, approach and participators willingly shared their own opinions. Generation Y & Z much more interested in internet banking. Study point toward about security, safety and two authentication password (TAP) for healthy internet banking.
