Problems of creation theories of open systems are analyzed. Methods of analytical mechanics, nonequilibrium thermodynamics and theory of information were used for the resolution of this problem. Mathematical aspects of creation theory of open systems are discussed. Polymetric analysis is represented as variant of creation universal open system.
