Based on the data collected from the various HR we get to know that the technology has greatly impacted the recruitment and selection process. Based quantitative research as well as findings from existing literature we showed the increasing importance of IT technology for recruitment processes. on the other hand , companies nowadays are thirsty for the IT to reduce cost ,improve service , and achieve effectiveness.
